Flights of Fantasy 2016

“Fantasy is a necessary ingredient in living, it’s a way of looking at life through the wrong end of a telescope.”

Flights of Fantasy is a reading challenge hosted by Alexa Loves Books and Hello, Chelly and focuses mainly on fantasy books and the best part is that anyone can join through their blog/Twitter/YouTube/Facebook/Goodreads account and update the challenge every month.

THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW:

  • The challenge will run from January 1-December 31, 2016.
  • You can read as many fantasy novels as you’d like to. No levels for this challenge!
  • Tweet with #flightsoffantasy to spread the word.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE:

Challenge yourself to read a certain number of fantasy books. Share your challenge number in a comment, a blog post, a tweet or whatever other way you can think of! You have to tag the hosting blogs in your updates.

Now for my personal challenge, I plan to read 12 fantasy books, that is, one book every month. Some of the titles which I am planning to read are :

Don't Fall The Ocean at the End of the Lane The Giver (The Giver, #1) The Sea of Monsters (Percy Jackson and the Olympians, #2) A Wizard of Earthsea (Earthsea Cycle, #1)

Though I will keep updating my challenge by removing or adding books.

And that’s really all you need to know about the Flights of Fantasy Reading Challenge. Simple, right?

Happy Reading! 🙂
